Suga Mugen Lanka pvt Ltd. utilizes the Japanese Technical Intern Trainee and Specified Skilled Worker systems to allow as many Sri Lankan youth as possible to learn and absorb the technology and culture of Japan, and to become a bridge between Sri Lanka and Japan, as well as the happiness of their families. We have established a sending-off department in the hope of this. We also partner with the Sri Lanka Overseas Employment Agency to operate a pre-training center for those planning to leave the country. We also operate the International Institute of Education (ISO26000) as a related educational institution.

Japan’s IRO Organization Collaboration

Japan’s IRO organization, in collaboration with the Sri Lanka Foreign Employment Bureau, is offering employment opportunities in Japanese companies to Sri Lankan youth under training visas. Interviews will be conducted by representatives from Japan. Before departure, selected candidates will undergo training at the Suryaja Japanese Language Competency Center, affiliated with Suga Mugen Lanka Pvt. The center provides comprehensive training in speaking, writing, reading, listening, kanji characters, and Japanese culture. The course also focuses on personal discipline, attitude development, and physical fitness. Experienced teachers, along with a special Japanese language advisor, conduct the training in air-conditioned classrooms with various facilities.
